MDS and Tattered Lace

This week I was asked to make a wedding card and I needed a special thank you card.

The base for the wedding card was created in MDS. I re-coloured one of the Everybody's Business background papers and added a stamp from the Word Play stamp set. This was then printed on Very Vanilla cardstock. I cut the champagne bottle in silver Glimmer paper using the Tattered Lace die. The hearts were punched from the same Glimmer paper and silver foil papers using the retired small heart punch. This was then mounted on a card blank.

For the Thank You card I used the Tattered Lace Floral Panel die that was free with the Tattered Lace magazine issue and cut it out of the the front of the Blackberry Bliss cardstock base. I backed the hole with some Park Lane DSP, and stuck the floral panel back. Pearls were added to the centre of the flowers. I added the sentiment from the retired Blooming with Kindness stamp set in Blackberry Bliss and punched with the Label Bracket punch.

The inside shows the other side of the DSP and the Apothecary Accents framelits were used to cut the pocket to tuck a letter in.
